Membership & Eligibility
The Native Loyalty Program is a free rewards program offered by nativecos.com to its customers located in the United States. Membership in the Program is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. You must be age 18 years or older and a legal resident of the United States to be eligible for membership. Â
BY JOININGÂ THE PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO JOIN.Â

Native may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the rules, regulations, benefits, eligibility for membership, any other feature, or terminate the program at any time in its sole discretion, without prior notice, even if such changes may affect points already earned and/or the value of rewards already accumulated and/or the ability to redeem rewards. Â

Under the program, the member will earn 1 point for every United States dollar spent on fulfilled orders. We may offer bonus points events from time to time and in that circumstance the bonus points offer would apply. Â

You must provide your Native Loyalty Program registered e-mail address to have points credited to your account. Points previously credited to your account will be removed if the order that results in such points is cancelled, returned, or partially returned. Â

Native points may be redeemed for Native products during checkout on nativecos.com. You are eligible to redeem points for cash off towards the purchase of Native products. You will receive $10 off when you redeem 100 points, $15 off when you redeem 150 points, and $20 off when you redeem 200 points. The retail value of the reward does not count towards the free shipping threshold. Points themselves have no cash value and can only be redeemed for Native products on nativecos.com.
Points Expiration
If the program is terminated, any points or rewards in your account or available to you prior to such termination will automatically expire, and your access to the program and its features will automatically terminate at Native’s sole discretion.Â
Additionally, when a program member has not engaged in Native Loyalty Program point activity associated with that membership account (through purchase or redemption) for 12 months or more, all unredeemed points will expire.
